How can I know if my task is 1 hour?

You can write to our customer support team at hi@wesurepro.com or on the right bottom corner at message icon. They'll will evaluate their request and let you know how to proceed.

Can I get a refund?

Each plan offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your request can't be completed you can request a refund or use your task credit in another request.

How to submit a task from catalog?

Copy the task code from top right corner(task code should start with WSP) or the task title and add it on the description part of the new task on the dashboard. Click here to view the video.

How many revisions?

Unlimited number of revisions until you're satisfied with the result.
